Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice. Garnish.
Pear ShrubCombine the chopped pears, cinnamon, cardamom and sugar in a container. Let sit for 2 days. Add the vinegar; stir vigorously, strain and quart. Makes 1/2 quart.
