Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over big rock. Garnish.
Fig-Infused Sweet VermouthSlice 10-15 dried figs. Add them to a jar along with one 750ml bottle of vermouth. Infuse in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Strain out the figs and store in the refrigerator where it will keep for a 2-3 weeks.
