- 1 ozPlymouth gin
- 3/4 ozCocchi Americano
- 1/2 ozDolin blanc vermouth
- 1 1/2 ozsparkling wine, chilled

In a mixing glass, combine the vodka, gin, Cocchi Americano and vermouth. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a coupe and top with sparkling wine.
