Ingredients
- 0.5 ozRaspberry Gum Syrup
- 2.5 ozlight rum
- 0.75 ozlime juice
- 0.25 ozorange liqueur
Garnish: lime shell and raspberries
Preparation
- 1.
Juice lime, and keep your lime shell
- 2.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 3.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- 4.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice
Notes
A classic cocktail from the 1800's with Rum and Raspberry as the center piece flavors. Fruit-forward, bright and refreshing.
