Ingredients: 2 oz smith & cross rum; 0.5 oz pineapple juice; 0.5 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz vanilla syrup; 1 tsp cinnamon bark syrup

Ingredients

2 ozsmith & cross rum
0.5 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozlime juice
0.5 ozvanilla syrup
1 tspcinnamon bark syrup

Preparation

1.
Rim a coupe with cinnamon-sugar.
2.
Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain into the coupe.
3.
No garnish.

Created by Thomas Waugh, 2011. A rum version of the Gilda Cocktail. The only drink using a full two ounces of overproof rum.
