0.5 ozDemerara Gum Syrup
1 ozlight rum
1 ozaged rum
0.5 ozapricot liqueur
0.5 ozgrapefruit juice
0.75 ozlime juice

Garnish: grapefruit wedge, mint sprig

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds

Strain over ice into a highball glass
