1 ozPineapple Gum Syrup
2 ozPlantation Pineapple Rum
1 ozlime juice

Garnish: mint leaf

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled glass

An original from Carolyn Sims, The Friendly Daiquiri is the perfect cocktail for the pineapple lover. Like most daiquiris, the recipe is simple enough, but it does require Plantation's Pineapple Rum.
