Ingredients: 4 piece raspberries; 1 piece lemon twist; 1 piece orange twist; 2 oz russell's reserve 10-year bourbon; 0.75 oz cacao nib-infused campari; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 0.75 oz ginger syrup; 1 oz dry champagne

Ingredients

4 pieceraspberries

2 ozrussell's reserve 10-year bourbon
0.75 ozcacao nib-infused campari
0.75 ozlemon juice
0.75 ozginger syrup
1 ozdry champagne

Garnish: 1 lemon wheel

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the raspberries with the lemon and orange twists.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the champagne) and shake with ice.
3.
Strain into a snifter over 1 large ice cube and top with the champagne.
4.
Garnish with the lemon wheel.
