Ingredients: 2 oz suntory hakushu 12-year whisky; 0.5 oz lustau amontillado sherry; 0.75 oz orgeat; 0.75 oz acacia honey syrup; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 1 dash bittermens xocolatl mole bitters; 1 dash angostura bitters

Ingredients

2 ozsuntory hakushu 12-year whisky
0.5 ozlustau amontillado sherry
0.75 ozorgeat
0.75 ozacacia honey syrup
0.75 ozlemon juice
1 dashbittermens xocolatl mole bitters
1 dashangostura bitters

Garnish: 1 brandied cherry, 1 lime wheel, 1 orange crescent, and 1 mint sprig on a cocktail pick

Preparation

1.
Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.
2.
Skewer the lime wheel, orange crescent, and cherry on a cocktail pick and insert into the ice along with a mint sprig.
