Ingredients
- 0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
- 1.5 ozaquavit
- 0.5 ozlime juice
- 3 ozsparkling wine
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except wine to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled coupe and top with bubbles
Notes
A riff on the French 75, substituting aquavit and lime for the usual gin and lemon. Crisp and unique!
