Super Soup

• 0.75 ozPlymouth gin
• 0.75 ozReyka vodka
• 1 oztom yum syrup*
• 0.5 ozlime juice, freshly squeezed
• 0.5 ozcoconut milk
• 1 barspoonlacto-fermented green tomato brine**
• 1 ozginger beer (to top)

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add all ingredients except the ginger beer into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. 2.

   Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

   Top with the ginger beer.
