Sunset Gun

• 2 piecefresh kaffir lime leaves
• 2 ozdorothy parker gin
• 0.25 ozVelvet Falernum
• 1 ozlime juice
• 0.5 ozorgeat

Preparation

   In a shaker, gently muddle the kaffir lime leaves.

   Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

3. 3.

   Double strain into a coupe and garnish with the kaffir lime leaf.
