½ oz. Licor 43
1 ozlimeless lime solution
2½ oz. club soda

Preparation

1.
In a Collins glass, combine the first 4 ingredients with ice, then stir to combine. Top with club soda, then stir briefly again. Express the oils of the orange peel over the top of the drink and use as a garnish.
2.
Limeless Lime Solution: Combine 20 grams of malic acid with 40 grams of citric acid and 1 liter of water. Stir to combine.
