Muddle the strawberries in a mixing glass and add the elderflower liqueur, vodka and lemon. Shake with ice until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass with fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish.
Strawberry-Infused VodkaRemove stems from about 30 strawberries, and cut them into quarters. Fill one quart-sized canning jar with the berries and add ¼ cup brown sugar to jar. Fill jar with vodka, cover lid and shake. Then, put canning jar in the fridge for approximately 2 days. Once the mixture turns pink after a couple of days, strain vodka and toss the berries. For more strawberry flavor, repeat steps 1 – 5.
