Straw Dog

• 1 piecestrawberry
• 1.5 ozcompass box asyla scotch
• 1 ozDolin blanc vermouth
• 0.75 ozlemon juice
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup

Preparation

   In a shaker, gently muddle the strawberry.

   Add the remaining ingredients and short shake with 3 ice cubes.

   Double strain into a coupe and garnish with the strawberry half.
