Garnish: grated orange zest

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with more ice for garnish

Notes

The Strange Weaver cocktail proves you can smash a steakhouse classic – the negroni – into tiki form! The trick is splitting out the base spirit into both gin and rum, and bringing a little almond orgeat into the mix. From Dominic Alling at Beretta in SF.
