2 oztanqueray no. ten gin
0.75 ozVelvet Falernum
1 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozlemon juice
green flash ipa beer

Garnish: 1 mint sprig

Preparation

Short shake all the ingredients (except the IPA) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Top with IPA.
3.
Garnish with the mint and serve with a straw.

Notes

Created by Thomas Waugh. Uses beer as a modifier rather than the base spirit. The juniper-forward gin pairs with IPA for a spicy, aromatic quality. Pineapple juice is used here in a tiki-adjacent style rather than as the focus of the drink.
