Stinger

• 2 ozpierre ferrand 1840 cognac
• 0.25 ozmarie brizard white crème de menthe
• 1 tspsimple syrup

Preparation

   Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

   Garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
