Garnish: maraschino cherry
Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
Strain into a highball and top with soda
The bitter almond oil (marzipan) flavors in our Almond Orgeat Syrup work very well alongside cherry and dry gin. A little lemon and effervescence completes this excellent highball from Canon in Seattle.
