Ingredients: 1.5 oz gin; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 3 dashes orange bitters; 3 oz club soda

Ingredients

1.5 ozgin
0.75 ozlemon juice
3 dashesorange bitters
3 ozclub soda

Garnish: maraschino cherry

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
3.
Strain into a highball and top with soda

Notes

The bitter almond oil (marzipan) flavors in our Almond Orgeat Syrup work very well alongside cherry and dry gin. A little lemon and effervescence completes this excellent highball from Canon in Seattle.
