St. Regis Julep

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozrye whiskey
- 1/2 ozJamaican rum (Gannon uses Hamilton Pot Still)
- 1/4 ozrich demerara syrup (2:1)
- 1/2 tspgrenadine
- Handful of fresh mint
Preparation
- 1.
Add all the ingredients to the julep tin and muddle the mint gently with barspoon. Add 2 cubes of cracked ice, stirring to chill. Add crushed ice to fill halfway; let chill. Add more to fill. Garnish.
