Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozmezcal
- 1/2 ozLuxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1 ozfresh lime juice
- 3/4 ozpassion fruit and carrot syrup
- ____________________________
- passion fruit and carrot syrup
- 3 1/2 ozpassion fruit purée
- 1 1/2 ozcarrot juice
- 5 ozsugar
- 5 ozwater
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Fine strain into a large rocks glass over ice. Garnish.

Passion Fruit and Carrot SyrupCombine the ingredients in a container and mix until sugar has dissolved. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
