Ingredients
- 3/4 ozwhite miso mezcal
- 3/4 ozreposado tequila
- 1/4 ozCocchi Americano
- 1/4 ozGiffard Banane de Brasil
- 1/4 ozapricot eau de vie
- 1/4 ozSuze
Preparation
- 1.
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass, stir to chill, and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish.
- 2.
White Miso MezcalBlend one 750ml bottle of mezcal with 50g of white miso paste. Fine strain through a coffee filter and bottle. Will keep in the refrigerator for a month.
