Ingredients: 1.5 oz gin; 0.75 oz pineapple juice; 2 oz club soda

Ingredients

1.5 ozgin
0.75 ozpineapple juice
2 ozclub soda

Garnish: brandied cherry

Preparation

Add all ingredients (except club soda) to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
3.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
4.
Top with club soda

Notes

At over 100 years old, the Singapore Sling cocktail has stood the test of time. This quencher was created to cool off patrons at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, where we hear the heat and humidity can get quite oppressive.
