Ingredients: 2 piece cucumber wheels; 8 piece mint leaves; 1 pinch kosher salt; 2 oz siembra azul blanco tequila; 0.75 oz yellow chartreuse; 0.75 oz lime juice; 0.5 oz simple syrup

Ingredients

2 piececucumber wheels
8 piecemint leaves
1 pinchkosher salt
2 ozsiembra azul blanco tequila
0.75 ozyellow chartreuse
0.75 ozlime juice
0.5 ozsimple syrup

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber wheels with the mint and salt.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
3.
Double strain into a coupe.
4.
No garnish.
