Ingredients
- 0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
- 3.5 ozsherry
- 2-3 slicesoranges and/or lemon
Garnish: lemon or orange wheel, fresh berries
Preparation
- 1.
Muddle citrus slices and syrup in a mixing tin
- 2.
Add sherry and ice and shake until chilled
- 3.
Strain over crushed ice into a highball glass
