Shaken Hands: An Aperol Cocktail

• 1 ozblanco tequila
• 1 ozAperol
• 3/4 ozfresh lemon juice
• 3/4 ozfresh pineapple juice
• 1/2 ozginger syrup
• 2 dashesangostura bitters

Preparation

   Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker. Add a small handful of ice and whip shake vigorously to create a light, frothy foam on top. Strain into the glass.
