Seersucker

• 1 piecestrawberry
• 2 ozflor de caña extra-dry white rum
• 1 ozlemon juice
• 0.5 ozcinnamon bark syrup

Preparation

1. 1.

   In a shaker, gently muddle the strawberry.

2. 2.

   Add the remaining ingredients and short shake with 3 ice cubes.

3. 3.

   Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

4. 4.

   Garnish with the strawberry and serve with a straw.
