Ingredients: 0.75 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup; 1 oz single malt scotch; 1 oz mezcal; 0.75 oz lime juice; 2 dashes celery bitters

0.75 ozAlmond Orgeat Syrup
1 ozsingle malt scotch
1 ozmezcal
0.75 ozlime juice
2 dashescelery bitters

Garnish: lime wheel and salted rim

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled coupe

Notes

The Sea Legs cocktail encapsulates “a nautical feel without the kitsch”, says its creator Alejandro Olivares. Big smoke flavor from the scotch and mezcal is lightened up with fresh lime and almond orgeat... and don't skip the celery bitters on this one.
