Add all the ingredients to the glass along with a big ice cube. Stir. Garnish. Pandan SyrupCut 1/4 cup of pandan leaves roughly into 2- to 3-inch pieces. Add 3 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Once it bubbles, remove from heat and add the pandan. Allow to cool and then strain. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
