Scotch Lady

• 1.5 ozfamous grouse scotch
• 0.75 ozlaird's bonded apple brandy
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup
• 0.75 ozgrenadine
• 0.75 ozlemon juice
• 1 wholeegg white

Preparation

   Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

   Double strain into a coupe and garnish with the cherry.
