• 1 rinsedel maguey vida mezcal
• 2 ozsiembra azul blanco tequila
• 0.75 ozDolin blanc vermouth
• 0.5 ozSt-Germain
• 1 dashhouse orange bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   Rinse a coupe with mezcal and dump.

2. 2.

   Stir the remaining ingredients (except the grapefruit twist) over ice, then strain into the coupe.

3. 3.

   Squeeze the grapefruit twist over the drink and discard.

4. 4.

   No garnish.
