Salty Stephen

• 2 ozsweet vermouth (Ludlow uses Carpano Antica or Cocchi di Torino)
•  ¾ oz. high-proof bourbon (Ludlow uses Wild Turkey 101)
•  ½ oz. Cynar
• 4 dropssaline solution

Preparation

1. 1.

   Stir all the ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube and garnish.

2. 2.

   Saline solution: Mix 4 parts boiling water to 1 part sea salt until salt is dissolved. Let the mixture cool and transfer to dropper bottle.
