Add all of the ingredients, except the prosecco, to a mixing glass with ice, and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled copue, then top with prosecco and garnish. Salted Tomato SyrupCover 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes with 1 cup of sugar in a jar and let sit 48 hours then strain. Add 1 tsp. of sea salt and mix until dissolved. Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
