Ingredients
- 0.5 ozDemerara Gum Syrup
- 2 ozaged rum
- whole egg
Garnish: nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for another 10 seconds
- 3.
Double strain into a chilled coupe
Notes
A rum flip is super easy and big on flavor. Demerara sugarcane + an egg is unctuous, hearty and absolutely delicious. Don't skip the grated nutmeg!
