Ingredients
- 0.5 ozPineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 ozgin
- 1 ozCampari
- 0.25 ozlemon juice
Garnish: orange peel and slice of ginger or pineapple
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice
