Ingredients
- 1 ozRio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 0.5 ozlemon juice
- 3 ozclub soda
Garnish: grapefruit wheel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker tin filled with ice
- 2.
Short shake, about 5 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled highball filled with ice
- 4.
Top with soda and stir.
