Rim a chilled glass with artichoke salt (or regular salt) and set aside. Add all of the cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well to break down the cucumber, then strain into the prepared glass. Artichoke SaltIn a food processor or Robot-Coupe, pulverize 3 parts dehydrated artichokes to a fine powder, add 1 part kosher salt, and blend until combined.
