Riad Star: A Spicy French Martini

• 1 1/2 ozvodka
• 1 ozpomegranate juice
• 3/4 ozpineapple juice
• 3/4 ozaquafaba
• 1/2 ozfresh lime juice
• 1/4 ozagave syrup
• 2 slicesof jalapeño (or 3 dashes Bitterman's Hellfire Bitters)

   If using jalapeño slices, and them to a mixing tin and muddle. Add the ingredients and shake. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
