raspberry vodkaStoli Razberi (Stoli Razberi)
2 oz
raspberry-white peach pureesee notes (see notes)
2 oz
sparkling winechilled (chilled)

Preparation

1.
Add the vodka and peach puree to a Champagne flute.
2.
Top with the sparkling wine and stir briefly and gently to combine.

Notes

Raspberry-white peach puree: Puree 2 white peaches (pitted and chopped), 4 raspberries, and ½ oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed) in a blender.
