Raspberry Bellini

Ingredients
- ¾ ozraspberry vodkaStoli Razberi(Stoli Razberi)
- 2 ozraspberry-white peach pureesee notes(see notes)
- 2 ozsparkling winechilled(chilled)
Preparation
- 1.
Add the vodka and peach puree to a Champagne flute.
- 2.
Top with the sparkling wine and stir briefly and gently to combine.
Notes
Raspberry-white peach puree: Puree 2 white peaches (pitted and chopped), 4 raspberries, and ½ oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed) in a blender.
