0.75 ozRaspberry Gum Syrup
1 ozSt. George Raspberry Brandy
0.75 ozlemon juice
3 ozbrut champagne

Garnish: lemon twist

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine

Notes

This riff on the French 75 is full of lush raspberry flavor. We strongly recommend grabbing a bottle of the raspberry brandy, but in a pinch you could sub in gin or other brandy.
