Ramos Gin Fizz

• 2 ozPlymouth gin
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup
• 1 ozlemon juice
• 0.5 ozlime juice
• 1 wholeegg white
• 1 ozheavy cream
• 6 droporange flower water
• 2 ozclub soda

Preparation

1. 1.

   Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda).

2. 2.

   Then fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake until the tin is almost too cold to hold.

3. 3.

   Double strain into a highball glass and let rest for 30 seconds, then slowly top with club soda.

4. 4.

   Serve with a straw.

   No garnish.
