Ingredients: 1 piece orange crescent; 1 dash angostura bitters; 1 oz tanqueray london dry gin; 0.75 oz salers gentien aperitif; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 0.5 oz acacia honey syrup; dry champagne

Ingredients

1 pieceorange crescent
1 dashangostura bitters
1 oztanqueray london dry gin
0.75 ozsalers gentien aperitif
0.75 ozlemon juice
0.5 ozacacia honey syrup
dry champagne

Garnish: 1 orange crescent

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the orange crescent and bitters.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the champagne) and shake with ice.
3.
Strain into a large coupe and top with champagne.
4.
Garnish with the orange crescent.
