Ingredients: 0.5 oz Classic Gum Syrup; 2 oz demerara rum; 0.75 oz lime juice; 4-6 dashes aromatic bitters; 5-8 leaves mint

0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
2 ozdemerara rum
0.75 ozlime juice
4-6 dashesaromatic bitters
5-8 leavesmint

Garnish: mint sprig

Preparation

1.
Muddle mint and syrup in a highball glass
2.
Add rum, lime and fill with crushed ice
3.
Swizzle for 15 seconds to chill
4.
Refill with crushed ice and add bitters
