0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
1.5 ozmezcal
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.5 ozamaro (Sfumato Rabarbaro recommended)

Garnish: salt rim and grapefruit twist

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass filled with cubed ice.

Notes
