Port Authority

• 4 pieceblackberries
• 2 ozcognac
• 0.75 ozotima 10-year tawny port
• 0.5 ozcrème de cassis
• 0.5 ozlemon juice
• 2 dashbittermens xocolatl mole bitters

Preparation

   In a shaker, gently muddle the blackberries.

   Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

3. 3.

   Double strain into a coupe and garnish with the blackberry.
