Ingredients: 0.5 oz Real Grenadine; 2 oz light rum; 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur; 1 oz coconut water; 1 oz fresh pineapple juice; 0.25 oz fresh lime juice

Ingredients

0.5 ozReal Grenadine
2 ozlight rum
0.25 ozmaraschino liqueur
1 ozcoconut water
1 ozfresh pineapple juice
0.25 ozfresh lime juice

Garnish: cocktail umbrella

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with ice

This punch was dreamed up during a vacation in Belize. It's on the long and dry side of things, meant to refresh you while lounging by the pool or beach.
