Ingredients
- 0.5 ozTropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 ozgin
- 0.5 ozlemon juice
Garnish: lemon peel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except wine to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine
