Pisco Sour

• 2 ozcampo de encanto acholado pisco
• 0.5 ozlemon juice
• 0.5 ozlime juice
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup
• 1 wholeegg white

Preparation

   Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

   Double strain into a coupe.

   Garnish with the bitters.
