- 0.75 ozPineapple Gum Syrup
- 1.5 ozvodka
- 2lemon wedges
- 2 dashesaromatic bitters
Garnish: lemon wheel and rosemary
Preparation

In a julep tin, muddle the lemon wedges and pineapple gum syrup
- 2.
Add vodka, crushed ice and stir for 15 seconds
- 3.
Fill with more crushed ice and garnish
