0.5 ozToasted Coconut Syrup
1.5 ozGreen Chartreuse
1.5 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozlime juice

Garnish: mint spring

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into a chilled glass

Notes

This cocktail was created by bartender Erick Castro at Polite Provisions in San Diego. The original version was blended, but this riff by Amy Traynor (@moodymixologist) is shaken. Either way, it's a delicious cocktail!
